I attend many senior management meeting when I worked for this company and wow, nothing like I have ever seen before. Many, Many issues, nothing ever dealt with. Rick better wake up soon or he will sink another softwood comapny. There is a reason they don't hire people from Quebec to run their sawmills out west, maybe it would be a good idea not to do in Ontario also. The management at this company is dragging it down.
