AbitibiBowater won't be declaring bankruptcy at the stroke of midnight tonight.
A fourth extension has been announced and now AbitibiBowater has until 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday to get its creditors on side with their debt restructuring plan.

C'mon guys....you going bankrupt or not? Yes or no answer would be nice. With this uncertainty contractors and suppliers will stop delivering. You know what happens next....

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm......now deadline reported to be next Wednesday. At 2% of bondholders submitting each day, and 37% to go we'll be at this until April 21 give or take.

Good Saturday morning! Anyone else unable to see Abitibibowater website? Keep getting "Unauthorized to view" message. Everything else works fine. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm....is the website the first thing to go when you're declaring bankruptcy?

If there are unsafe work practices going on there, has anyone made a complaint to the labour board? I would think that should be the first step to fixing the troubles you guys are experiencing there.
